By accessing or using Contract Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Beta Service Disclaimer
Contract Radar is currently in beta testing. This means:
- The service is provided free of charge during the beta period
- Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
- The service may experience downtime or bugs
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
- Beta access may be terminated at our discretion
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Contract Radar for your personal or business contract tracking needs, subject to these terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- You may not share your account with others
Gmail Access and Data
By connecting your Gmail account to Contract Radar, you:
- Grant us read-only access to scan your emails for contract information
- Understand that we extract and store contract metadata (vendor names, dates, amounts)
- Acknowledge that we do not store full email content
- Can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
- Are responsible for the accuracy of contract information we extract
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract information
- Reviewing and verifying all extracted contract data
- Taking appropriate action on contract renewals and cancellations
- Managing your own contracts - Contract Radar is a tracking tool, not a contract management or legal service
- Backing up your important contract data
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- All contract information extracted will be 100% accurate
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- Data loss will never occur
Contract Radar is a tool to assist with contract tracking. We are not liable for missed renewals, incorrect data, or any consequences of using our service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contract Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the service or other users
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use Contract Radar after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
